TRAVEL INFORMATION

Covid-19 Travel Information

BEFORE coming to the FIA AGA week:

1. Travel Regulations
Please find here the applicable rules depending on the traveller’s vaccination status.
This document highlights the travel possibilities and measures imposed to you, according to your country of departure and your vaccination status, as per the French requirements.
Furthermore, we strongly suggest that you check the requirements from your country of origin to allow a smooth return.

Should you have any question and/or require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our travel department: travel@fia.com.

2. Please note that on top of that, the FIA has put in place a Sanitary plan which requests that each delegate and staff attending on-site must have a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours before traveling on-site.

Covid-19 Onsite Measures

When ON-SITE:
The health passport is being mandatory in France to access hotels, meetings and restaurants. Therefore please note that:
  • For delegate with a valid European Health Passport (whether EU Digital COVID Certificate or converted) a PCR-test will be mandatory maximum 48 hours after arrival on-site.

  • For delegates without a valid European health Passport, a PCR-test will be mandatory every 24 hours, as per the regulation in France. The test will be valid 24 hours from the time of sampling.

Please note that health professionals will be on duty at all times. A PCR test device will be available on-site at the InterContinental from Monday to Friday.

Please note that above measures are effective to date. Beware that these may evolve by the start of the Event, as we will have to follow evolutive sanitary restrictions. We shall keep you posted on any evolution and remain at your disposal for any question you may have on the sanitary situation and plan.

FIA Sanitary Plan

Please note that the FIA has put in place a strict Sanitary Plan which will have to be applied by all delegates and staff present in Paris for the FIA Annual General Assembly & Prize Giving. Please beware that this plan may evolve by December. You can find this Sanitary Plan here.
